Established in 1983 Heavyparts Hydraulics has always dedicated itself to the repair/reconditioning of hydraulic pumps and motors fitted across a broad spectrum of industry. Our experience, comprehensive stock holdings and workshop facilities, ensures our position as a market leader within this field. Our test facilities are FULLY COMPUTERISED and considered to be one of the most highly developed within the UK.
As part of our customer base we deal with many companies involved in a wide range of activities including many OEM’s, we therefore have an excellent understanding of the type of equipment being used and the urgency required on breakdown situations. Heavyparts are a fully Authorised service and repair centre for Kawasaki Hydraulics Products, Samhydraulik and the Eaton Corporation, also service partners with Bosch Rexroth and Linde. In addition we carry extensive stocks of spare parts for Sauer Danfoss piston pump and motors, Commercial Hydraulic and David Brown gear pump and motors, whilst also offering comprehensive repair and test facilities for Denison and Vickers pumps and motors.
Heavyparts are the largest independent stockist of genuine Kawasaki pump and motor parts in the UK. Consequently we are also the largest repairer of Kawasaki hydraulic pumps and motors as fitted by many major OEM’S such as Cat, Case, Daewoo, Extec, Hyundai, Hitachi, JCB, Kobelco, Volvo (Samsung) and more, we offer service exchange units for most of the above. Other service exchange units include Merlo pumps and motors. We also hold a comprehensive stock of Uchida pump parts for units fitted to Kobelco, Daewoo, Sumitomo, JCB and Hitachi Midi excavators such as the EX60, as well as Hitachi pump parts for EX120, EX150, EX200 & EX3OO. To complement all of the above we also offer an Onsite diagnostics service.
