The first picture on the right shows the assembly area where units are rebuilt. Critical components are ultrasonically cleaned prior to assembly. All work carried out is completed by trained personnel with many years of experience.

Pictured below you will see some of the specialised equipment we keep and feel is essential to help produce a quality engineered product that can be totally relied upon. Pictured below ~ Vixen degreaser and industrial washing machine, Kemet 36" lapping machine, both of these are more than capable of handling items from the smallest to largest units we deal with. Also pictured below is our own designed and developed concave/convex lapping machine for cylinder barrel and valve plate mating faces. To complement our lapping machines we also have a Kemet monochromatic light and a range of optical flats. This ensures the lapped surface finish is within the required light band definition.

The second picture on the right shows some of the service exchange units we keep for popular applications, with some of the units waiting to be remanufactured. All of this together with our unique test facilities reiterates our ongoing commitment to reinvestment in the company, which in turn ensures our position as a market leader within the hydraulic market place.
